He yelled out in pain and threw his helmet as coach Sean Payton, quarterback Russell Wilson and receiver Courtland Sutton were among the first to rush over to him.He was helped onto a cart and taken inside the team’s headquarters as the crowd of some 3,000 fans fell silent.Patrick was the team’s No. 1 receiver going into last season when he tore his right ACL in a noncontact drill on Aug. 2. Rhule didn’t disclose the reason other than to say it had to do with a failure to adhere to team standards. The previous coaching staff suspended Farmer for the game against Michigan last November after he was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving.Rhule also announced that wide receiver Josh Fleeks, a transfer from Baylor, reported “significantly” overweight Sunday and will be held out until he makes weight.Brodie Tagaloa, who was expected to be in the defensive line rotation, probably is out for the season because of injuries sustained in a car accident two weeks ago. Don't buy a car on Sundays, it's a crime DENVER (KDVR) -- It's not just Chick-fil-A: Car dealerships are also closed on Sundays. Unlike selling chicken nuggets, it's actually a crime to sell a car in Colorado on Sundays. "Sunday Laws," also known as "Blue Laws," are hardly new. Taking off Sundays was a religious practice upheld over 100 years ago. While this was the original reason for car dealers in Colorado to be closed on Sundays, that's not the current reason, according to Matthew Groves, CEO of the Colorado Automobile Dealers Association. Buying a car out of state? Here’s what you should know The decision to stay closed on Sundays has more to do with convenience for both the buyers and sellers than it does with religion. It's more cost-effective for the dealers to stay closed on Sundays, which in turn makes the cars more affordable for the buyers, Groves said. While it may seem like car dealerships are closed on one of the only days you have off, customers actually prefer to look at cars without a seller around. W...

Former UM linebacker who suffered head injury at 9 years old looks for spot on Dolphins during training camp Any rookie in any NFL training would tell you that their dream has always been to play on the next level. For one player who is hoping to make the cut with the Miami Dolphins, joining the team holds a deeper meaning. Linebacker Mitchell Agude is grateful to have a shot of playing in the NFL. For Agude, it’s more of miracle that he has this opportunity. “It’s a blessing to be alive in the first place, you know, because previously, as you know, I was in coma when I was nine,” Agude said. Due to a skateboarding accident, Agude suffered from a head injury, which left him in a coma for three days. When he woke up from his coma, he was left with no memory of what had happened. Thankfully, doctors found no signs of a brain injury. “Remember going to the park and then coming back from the hospital,” Agude said. “It was kind of like that, but obviously, my parents had a different vision, different viewpoint of it, and now I see the ramifications lik...
